They look roughly like this from the side: |\ |\ Despite the look of the ASCII art, the dimensions are the same as of a 2*4 brick. The sloped side is "wigly" like a tiled(?) (...) Recently we had 3 inches of rain in metro Detroit. And I had 2 inches of water in the basement. Fortunately only one box got wet (a non-LEGO cardboard box full of LEGO parts).   How long before LD shows up in EBAY?
 
I was just wondering, with all the LEGO profiteers out there, how long it will be before we start seeing EBAY items that originated from LEGO Direct? Well you guys caught me. Yeppers, 1975 was the year. Here is the 1974 catalog (German) shows lots of sets with the new doors, but not a stiff in sight (from Horst Lehner's wonderful catalog website): (URL) is strange though, that they would produce (...)
