Drew I picked up a 20x4 LCD from B. G. Micro (see their on-line catalog at (URL) and view page 2 - the LCD is the one in the upper right at $8.95, part number LCD1002). as formerly mentioned, i recently got set #375 (1960s Samsonite brick set) at a yard sale for $1. not too special -- it's just a "universal" style set -- but it has a lot of clear bricks and old-style windows and doors and wheels and whatnot, which (...) (27 years ago, 29-Oct-98, to lugnet.general)

OK, I just got a Mindstorms this yesterday and I've been surfing the various web pages about it (Lots of good info!) and I came across something odd. AFAIK, "maxifig" is the unofficial name for the "big people" of the 70's (the ones that you mentioned below), which are also called as "bendyarm"s. I haven't hear any approved term for technic figures, but I prefer calling them "technifigs"..:-D (...) (27 years ago, 28-Oct-98, to lugnet.general)
