  Re: Train Factory palette

(...) True, true, but I'm thinking I would almost rather not waste the slots in the palette with clicky hinged versions... they're that bad. I'd rather ask for what I actually want and be told no, then decide what to do. YMMV of course. (21 years ago, 18-Sep-05, to lugnet.trains)

Re: I posted some new pics y'all, otherwise known as the confessions of a belville builder

(...) Brilliant again, Damien. I especially like the outpost of the archers. This is a good inspiration for doing something more with these little ladies. Till now I used them only as a sort of referential of the dimensions of my buildings. (URL) (...) (21 years ago, 18-Sep-05, to lugnet.belville)

Re: Mating Game - moc up

(...) To a large extent I believe this is your problem to figure out. I like the idea of saying the hopper is no more then 10 blocks above the play surface. Now it's my problem to figure out how to tell I'm over someone else's hopper and release a (...) (21 years ago, 18-Sep-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

(...) I have a feeling that asking for un-clicky-hinged versions of parts is like asking for old gray or a clasic smiley. Chris (21 years ago, 18-Sep-05, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Pneumatic "One Leg at a Time" Robot Circuit

(...) Haha! Yes, I could never have too many trains, but a bigger house would be an advantage since I could run 16 8mm scale trains on a big enough layout. I have a long-term plan for a warehouse full as a museum :-) However, too much concentration (...) (21 years ago, 18-Sep-05, to lugnet.technic)

Re: time sampling under the rcx standard OS

Thank you Matt, the RCX loops much faster with your advices : about 10 loops per second. But as this frequency depends on the calculations included in the loop, I’m afraid this will not be enough. So I tried to download (URL) but it just appears as (...) (21 years ago, 18-Sep-05, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)

Re: time sampling under the rcx standard OS

Thank you Dick, for advicing me to switch to the faster firmware, I’m sure I need both a 1-millisecond basic clock, and the 128 power level capability. So I tried to download it from (URL) but it just appears as a text file, which I don’t know how (...) (21 years ago, 18-Sep-05, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)

Re: Birth of a New Faction: Rising Suns

(...) Whoops, I apologise for getting the name of the ship wrong when I referred to it earlier. I should clarify that it was indeed the "Weapon R" reference from modern import tuning that gave the name its clever twist, regardless of weather it was (...) (...) Riii-iight, because, you know, Japanese Science Fiction and Human Genetalia have nothing in common. Sorry Jim, but if you didn't want this to go in that direction, you should have just left it alone. Damien (21 years ago, 18-Sep-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: 4679 Fall Spring Cleaning Bonus

(...) What curious timing. It was just last Thursday that I was in a TRU and made a point to the Manager about how the price had jumped by 50%. Hmmm.. nahhh ;) Ray (21 years ago, 18-Sep-05, to lugnet.market.shopping)
