  Re: Whatever happened...

I don't post much on Lugnet anymore, though I visit every so often. I had to reply to this, though. I think Calum expressed the exact way I feel. A lot of the fun has been taken out of LEGO. The community is a scary place and the products...although (...) (21 years ago, 22-Dec-04, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, FTX)

Hold on bub, this truly is the Golden Age of LEGO Re: Whatever happened...

Calum, I've been around since the earliest days of rtl, and have followed the evolution of the AFOL community with great interest. The direction things have taken does not surprise me.   Re: 10152 Update

Why can't LEGO do both, and keep almost everyone happy? That is, LEGO gets to re-release any set, as long as the box is physically different from the original. That way, sets remain collectible, but bricks don't. "Bill Ward" <bill@wards.net> wrote (...) (21 years ago, 21-Dec-04, to lugnet.lego)

  Cool sets

I'm enjoying the new X-Pods. Could only find the light blue and the neon orange so far, but it's only a matter of time. I'm really glad they continued this line. The new "Hot Wheels" racers in the black "garages" are fantastic!!. I was just (...) (21 years ago, 22-Dec-04, to lugnet.year.2005)

  An open letter to TLG.

I am writing this because I wish to know why TLG are downsizing colors instead of thinking why can't they utilize mass-production of colors in more colors?
