From LEGOLAND to the Bay Area

I'll be stopping by LEGOLAND on Tuesday mid day before heading up to the Bay Area. And I can pick up a few things if people wish. Classic Space hats, and LEGOLAND hats seem popular. Otherwise I hope to see some of you at the train layout this (...) (21 years ago, 20-Dec-04, to lugnet.org.us.baylug, FTX)

Re: Interesting point of view, Rene!

(...) know he's doing a great job at being a liason. I care so much that I'm spending more now on LEGO products than I did before. I care to the point where I do shows and displays to show off what can be done with LEGO bricks to get otehr people (...) (21 years ago, 20-Dec-04, to lugnet.lego)

  BrickVEGAS??

I was wondering if there would be any interest in a BrickVEGAS? I have always wanted to go to either BrickWest or BrickFest but with a wife and a small family (I have a 2 year-old and new born), it really isn't feasible to drive nor economical to (...)   SanDLUG logo

SanDLUG needs a logo. We want a logo to use on T-shirts, and possibly a new website of our own. The idea I had was a sand castle, or even a single tower. Identifiably made from LEGO at the top, but fading to sand constuction at the bottom. Perhaps (...) (21 years ago, 20-Dec-04, to lugnet.org.us.sandlug, FTX)

  Re: Whatever happened...

(...) Probably most of us still are. Some of us (I'm thinking of myself here) like to spend our free time playing (with LEGO, with our kids, etc.) instead of turning a hobby into an obsession (and posting about it). I have a choice between (...) (21 years ago, 20-Dec-04, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

(...) Uh, John. That *is* what Jake said. Well, he certainly didn't say claim anything *stronger* than that -- actually, what he said was more low key, if anything. (URL) (21 years ago, 20-Dec-04, to lugnet.lego, FTX)

  How do I get e-mails

I click to have "e-mails" sent to me when someone replies to my posts but I think my e-mail address is wrong. It is correct in my member profile but not on the "From:" portion. It has an extra nospam in it. How and where can I correct this problem. (...) (21 years ago, 20-Dec-04, to lugnet.people.newbie)

Che cosa sono questi strani pezzi snodati che si vedono in questa foto? (URL) che set si trovano? Mai visti !! Mi servirebbero per fare un'altro "demone" tipo questo.... (URL) dell'aiuto! Dino Baldi (21 years ago, 20-Dec-04, to lugnet.org.it.itlug)

  Re: Vorton Battle Midget

(...) Hey that's pretty keen. I like your missile pod much better than mine. I should've stolen that. The Battle Midget had the same design constraints as yours. I knew I wanted four glinch slots on the back, and I knew I wanted a bubble canopy. (...) (21 years ago, 20-Dec-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: how to make coal for a tender?

(...) I had a similar thought. I have a baggy of LEGO pellet, but it's in red. But one of our club members works at plastic injection house, adn got me a bag of black pellet.
