At the last weekend's GMLTC showing, I found out from another club member that LEGO still had some of the light gray brick packs available. Reducing the number of colours in the palette seems like a win-win. It means Lego can be cheaper, and it also means that AFOLs will find it easier to build a decent selection of parts in each colour. (21 years ago, 9-Dec-04, to lugnet.color)

well I've decided to go with 2 RCX's anyway. Later I may switch to a non-lego controller ala handyboard, brainstem, etc. Anyway, for the record, the current is also pulsed in order to get the reading from the photoreceptor. I still suspect I could (...) (21 years ago, 9-Dec-04, to lugnet.robotics)
