  White Temple and Others

<snip> (...) That White Temple is really cool! Great use of an otherwise almost useless peice.   Re: some teasers

(...) thanks, I'm glad you like the design. I have to admit that as far as the idea of the overall shape of the ship is concerned I got a little bit of inspiration from a ship I always liked so much: It's the Sulaco from Aliens. (...) Pleased to (...) (22 years ago, 27-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: What rolls down stairs, alone or in pairs...

(...) Ah, don't worry about it - I went to my parents on Saturday, and they had it taped, so they showed it to me. I like the plotter. :) Iain (22 years ago, 27-Jan-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: My MOC: Smiles's Walker

And an interesting first submission it is, Nick. I like the shape of the control pod and the novel use of the plates as legs rather than the standard bricks. The articulation looks good from the shots as well. Suggestions? Perhaps some detailing on (...) (22 years ago, 27-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: Brickshelf Gallery up and running

Welcome Pete! Your stuff is a gas! I Normally prefer elements that aren't modified, but your aliens really are pieces of art. I wouldn't call them Lego creations in the strictest sense, but I would call them wonderful sci-fi. The feel of all the (...) (22 years ago, 27-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

RE: Help! Does anyone know the set number to this minifig ?

I'm sure what you've found there is a promotional fig. I'll bet it was never in a set, probably came with one of the first issues of the Danish Lego magazine. To bad she looks pretty beat up :( if she's not totally glued, you might be able to at (...) (22 years ago, 27-Jan-03, to lugnet.general)

  Re: some teasers

That's a really original ship in the making, Thomas. I quite like the look of the reactor section - expanding the circumference of the cylinder with the slopes makes the shape a little more beefy. The wheel within a wheel looks great as well. As Jon (...) (22 years ago, 27-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)
