  Interesting BrickOS Timing Results

Hi All, The recent posts about interfacing an i2c device to an RCX sensor port (in .robotics) got me interested in looking at the kernel code that handles the sensors. So, I did and found myself looking at the ds_handler function. This function is (...) (22 years ago, 14-Jan-03, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

  Re: Land mine robot

(...) Since this is a school project - we shouldn't be telling you how to do it, we should be pointing you towards ways to search for a solution yourself. So... This requires a logical approach (and that always looks good in a school report!) Now - (...) (22 years ago, 14-Jan-03, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: Progress with DCC and PC

Alright John, forgive me but I'm looking for the website named "DCC For Dummies". Well, its not REALLY named that, but I have no clue of what brand to buy, what amperages of decoders to use, or how to get out the cheapest (currently taking up (...) (22 years ago, 14-Jan-03, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Glut fixes and Offscreen Rendering

(...) OK, I might be insane, but I just did ./ldglitef -MS (or -ms) mini.dat and I got png's or bmp's in my ldraw/bitmap folder. No windows opened. ldglitef is the ldglite exacutable from June22. Did you sneak this feature into an old release and (...) (22 years ago, 14-Jan-03, to lugnet.cad.dev.mac)

  Re: Star Wars Dioramas?

Bruce, (...) It's inevitable as my sons are slowly drifting to more important things in their lives and myself raring to go back to doing action figure dioramas. (...)   Re: Land mine robot

I'm a Senior in high school and one of the requirements to graduate is that we must complete a Senior project. I know nothing about building sensors or electronics at all. All though I could learn very easily. The purpose of the post was to find (...) (22 years ago, 14-Jan-03, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Going Podracing!

Josh, How you doing? The R2 pulling the pod is actually in the movie except that it's shown inside the tent where the podracers are being attended to. We ran out of tan baseplates and that's why only the center was the most logical place to put what (...) (22 years ago, 14-Jan-03, to lugnet.starwars)

Lime Green fire tricks were big in the 70's. Sometime back in the late 60's early 70's someone did a study and came to the conclusion that people see the Lime Green colors better in traffic. As a consequence, ALOT of city's painted their trucks (...) (22 years ago, 14-Jan-03, to lugnet.technic)

Re: MOC: German WWII halftrack and armoured car

(...) I did indeed expect to be challenged and in your response, you have given me very good run for my money. For that I salute you.   Re: Land mine robot

Re: New Mosaic: Map of the USA

(...) Great. Then we just need to convince ITLUG, PLUG, rtlToronto, LegOz and any other non US Lugs to build their own maps. Then we should have a world of bricks. (...)
