FT: mint Fort Legoredo for large pirate ship.

I am wanting to trade a unopened Fort Legoredo ((URL) (european version with shooting canon) for one of the large pirate ships (6285 Black Seas Barracuda, 6286 Skull's Eye Schooner, or 6289 Red Beard Runner). The pirate ship doesn't have to be new (...) (26 years ago, 1-May-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

I still have my sale page up, and lots of stuff still for sale... - roof crests for houses - Wild West acessories - Pirate accessories - BASIC propellers (good for replacing the ones that got chewed!) - Space accessories - Castle accessories - (...)   Re: New Survey up for LEGO

(...) Making the Death Star as a UCS set wouldn't make sense. In order to make it large enough to see sufficient detail to justify the UCS status, it would have to be huge. I'm not interested in a $500 model that's essentially a gray sphere. I want (...) (26 years ago, 1-May-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Need help to put sound in Minerva Program.

Hi Bob, I've attached a modified version of the Minerva program. It plays different sounds for each of the following events: 1. Moving forward : ascending arpeggio 2. Turning around : descending arpeggio 3. Found something to pick up : deedle-deedle (...) (26 years ago, 1-May-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)

Re: Another Sighting of those Large Spoked Wheels

I have a bunch of the 110-111-112-113-114 series of basic sets from the 1970's. The spoked wheels (as well as all but two of the big head people) did not come with the #114 set. So it looks like LEGO from other sets is mixed in here. Gary Istok (...) (26 years ago, 1-May-00, to lugnet.market.auction, lugnet.general)

  Re: Damaged MINT Lego?

(...) I too have had very few experiences of mis-shaped bricks/pieces. I have a very large collection, and only about 12 pieces are misshapen. Of these, 5 are from a 1957 set #700 (wooden box), and these 5 are more cosmetic blemishes than actually (...) (26 years ago, 1-May-00, to lugnet.general)

Re: Where did you lot spring from?

Mark, You should just monitor loc.au, since that's where a lot of our babbling occurs, if you monitor just the state groups you will probably be very lonely, I have seen you posting in Qld and WA and wondered why you hadn't spoken up in (...)   Re: The Law of Falling Lego

Re: LEGO 2x4's change throughout the ages...

Funny you should mention this. About 3 months ago I was searching for some black 2x4 bricks for a fellow builder. And I came across 11 different styles of this brick. 3 Cellulose Acetate brick varieties, and 8 ABS brick varieties. About 1/3 of these (...) (26 years ago, 1-May-00, to lugnet.general)

  Re: A recent Lego-oriented trip

(...) I just wish it was more interesting stuff, rather than multiples of recent editions (dreaming of Blacktron craft to land on my Blacktron plates and pirate ships to sail the local waters, the AF is a start though, thanks :^) ) (...) It was good (...) (26 years ago, 1-May-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

  Re: Damaged MINT Lego?

(...) I have 3 pieces, and some multiples of one of them :) 1. 1x2 brick, 1/2 mold shot from look of it 2. Fence Pieces (multi copies, Lego withdrew the sets after several (3-4 of us) complained about the part being mismolded and gave details of (...) (26 years ago, 1-May-00, to lugnet.general)

Re: Why can't we have a Lando: Lego's Race policy

Regarding that same photo, I wonder if the frown on the minifigs face was hand drawn or did they actually manufacture it? Or was it done after the photo was taken? Dave Eric McCarthy <bendyarm@aol.com> wrote in message (...) (26 years ago, 1-May-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.off-topic.debate)

Re: The Law of Falling Lego

This is perhaps my biggest problem whenever I'm trying to rebuild an old set. The piece I need is ALWAYS in the one box that has been buried under all the other boxes. Dave Bram Lambrecht <braml@juno.com> wrote in message (...) (26 years ago, 1-May-00, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Damaged MINT Lego?

(...) Yes - many of the 4291 red tubs had malformed red lattice fences in: there was a gap in the lattice at the same point on every malformed one that I got, so it was probably a mould problem. I had 4 or 5 out of 13 tubs with this problem, and I (...) (26 years ago, 1-May-00, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Annoucement and Questions

(...) cool! <snip> (...) Something I am trying to do, to help in inventorying is adding some meta information to the parts DB - like type (which we already have), and some size info (fits in 4x4, 1x8, etc) - that way, if you know how big it is, you (...)
