How good is the light sensor ?

Hello, I just bought a Mindstorm set and am testing it out. When I went through the tutorial on the CD I could not get the motors to stop when the light sensor was activated. When I loaded Legos (thanks Rossz), I ran the demo program linetrack and (...) (26 years ago, 3-Feb-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

Re: Yet another CLUELESS about MIB

I'd agree with this wrap up... many eBay sellers are grossly misrepresenting stuff. They're so far off the mark that it doesn't really matter which of us is right exactly about what MIB means, it's not even close to what they say. HOWEVER, I as you (...)   Re: 396 Thatcher Perkins

I could settle for the one without instructions, maybe Gary can be persuaded to see if he has an extra set somewhere, he bought a bunch of these. Depending on price, of course. So make that 5 heavyweights. I'm not fat, I'm just too short for my (...) (26 years ago, 3-Feb-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

Vi riporto quanto dice Larry a proposito delle descrizioni delle condizioni dei set all'asta, è molto interessante (ma lui stesso dice che si tratta di una interpretazione personale): - Mint, I mean that all pieces are present, no stickers are (...) (26 years ago, 3-Feb-00, to lugnet.loc.it)

  Sonar and the handyboard

I need to attach an underwater sonar ranger to the handyboard but I cannot figure out how. Does anyone have any experience with this? Can someone explain why Huw's post has appeared twice? They both appear to have been posted at the same time, but the xref for the one I've replied to is later than Lawrence's reply to the original. And it wasn't there earlier today. I can't be (...) (26 years ago, 3-Feb-00, to lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.admin.general)

  Enhancing landing gear

I built a very large & detailed model of a B-1B Lancer. It comes loaded: power windows, bucket seats, AM/FM radio......just kidding. =) My problem is this: Although the landing gear can support the weight of the bomber, it is still quite fragile. (...) (26 years ago, 3-Feb-00, to lugnet.build)

Sheriff's torso - Original town element

To all who have an interest: I am in the process of developing an original minifig torso for anyone's law enforcement officer.
