Can someone explain why Huw's post has appeared twice?
They both appear to have been posted at the same time, but the xref for
the one I've replied to is later than Lawrence's reply to the original.
And it wasn't there earlier today.
I can't be sure, but I think that this has happened another time in the
last few days.
