  Re: Hello to Bruce Hietbrink

(...) Oh, I mistook the number. I had the original version, but I bought it used about a year ago, before the rerelease came out. (...) Many of the pieces from that set, especially the BURPs (Big Ugly Rock Piles) and the plant pieces are useful in (...) (23 years ago, 2-May-02, to lugnet.western)

  Re: Hello to Benjamin Medinets

Hello Benjamin, thanks very much for your long reply and nice to meet you! (...) I agree. Although among all the medium and large western sets, I have only constructed the Sehriff's Lockup, my impression is that the Gold City Junction (6765)and the (...)   Re: Hello to Nate Jacobs

Hello Nates, thanks for the message and nice to meet you! Vow, you already got 230 soldiers (do you mean those blue soldiers?)! How many sets you've bought? Those cowboys are really smart. As you might see from my other reply message, I have only (...) (23 years ago, 2-May-02, to lugnet.western)

  Re: Hello to Bruce Hietbrink

Hi Bruce, thanks very much for your reply and really nice to meet you. You also bought 6763 (the re-release version of Rapid River Villiage), so this means you also, like me, started to collect the Western sets in the past year but not when the (...) (23 years ago, 2-May-02, to lugnet.western)

  Re: Hello

(...) Welcome Jackie!!! (...) It is a very nice series. I think the Gold City Junction should have been included in the mix of re-releases due to the fact of the general store. I also wished they also put out some of the smaller sets like you (...) (23 years ago, 30-Apr-02, to lugnet.western)

  Re: Hello

(...) Hello Jackie!! Greetings and Welcome to the Wild Wild West. My love of the western theme comes from my interest in the Civil War. While the time periods are not generally the same...The western soldiers make pretty good Union Soldiers, my (...) (23 years ago, 30-Apr-02, to lugnet.western)

  Re: Hello

(...) Hi Jackie! Welcome to Lugnet and to the Western theme. I came to Western because I bought a 6763 for parts for my Castle creations (lots of rocks, plants, good baseplates). I loved it so much that now I have most of the Western sets (still (...) (23 years ago, 30-Apr-02, to lugnet.western)

  Hello

Hello Western fans, My name is Jackie (1504), a new member of Lugnet.   Re: 1592 set in the wild west

(...) Nice work, Bruce. Looks great. And nice distinctive touch with the stagecoach. This is such a funny idea, recasting 1592... I'll have to put together the all Jar-Jar / Timmy version. Just kidding. @8^) -The Rev. Brendan Powell Smith (23 years ago, 25-Apr-02, to lugnet.build, lugnet.western)

Re: 1592 set in the wild west

(...) It's another neat interpretation. And the coach is very cool- I'll have to point it out to the Wild West guys in my train club. -- Tony Hafner www.hafhead.com (23 years ago, 25-Apr-02, to lugnet.build, lugnet.western)

Re: 1592 set in the wild west

(...) Great looking diorama! I really liked the teepee idea, it is quite contrasting with the gateway next to it. The stagecoach is very neat too, and the cactus detail, well... :-) Two ideas: "keep out" sign, instead of "STOP" sign; A campfire, (...) (23 years ago, 24-Apr-02, to lugnet.build, lugnet.western)

1592 set in the wild west

Hi all, Inspired by Holger Matthes and friends: (...) fairly derivative of either 1592 or western-themed sets, though the stagecoach is completely MOC. Anyway, LMKWYT. (URL) (23 years ago, 24-Apr-02, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build, lugnet.western) !

THIS... This is an AMAZINGLY funny story. If I can figure out easily how to do it, I am going to cite my first highlighted post ever. If the timing of my reading had been otherwise, I'd have been spitting Irish Breakfast Tea out my nose... -- (...) (23 years ago, 12-Apr-02, to lugnet.western)
