With a story like that and you still didn't get pulled out of the car and
strip-searched? That guard probably later started thinking about what you
said and the NEXT college student who says he's crossing the border "just to
buy LEGO" will probably be met with a lot more suspicion than you were.

| (...) Well Jon, I did cross international lines for the sole purpose of buying Lego. From here in Plattsburgh, NY it is about a 1 hr. drive to get to Montreal. Crossing the border back into the U.S. was quite an interesting experiance though... (...) (23 years ago, 12-Apr-02, to lugnet.western) !!
