PNLTC has a small $10/year dues. This covers incidentals for shows. We have
also purchased some sets and bins for the Kids Area, but most of that comes
from the few buck we get paid by the shows.
As for mixing track we have used two methods. The first is show up with a
known number of track and leave with the same. And we sometimes designate an
area where one member would use their track, this way most of "your" track
gets back to you. Second is labeling.
As for buildings/structures we started out were each member would populate
their own tables (modules), but as time goes on we inter-mix buildings &
structures. These are easily identifiable.
As for trains since most are MOCs they to are easily identifiable. Most have
learned it is a good idea to label the LEGO proper models.
