Do you have old worn out locomotive wheel rubber bands? I do and have found a solution that I thought I'd share -=orthodontic rubber bands=- . When I was a child I had a lot of orthodontic work done (braces and the hole bit). As a consolation of all (...) (25 years ago, 1-Mar-00, to lugnet.trains)

Hi Ben, This is a puzzle, I suppose it is possible that I have what is left of two sets. The motor is 3-1/3 brick high, and the battery box opens from the top. The motor and the battery box work great and are in great shap as are most of the pieces (...) (25 years ago, 1-Mar-00, to lugnet.trains)

Regarding how I implemented DCC (Digital Command Control): I hope to have some pictures and descriptions up on my site in a couple days. It is 99% commercial parts. Thanks to the NMRA (National Model Railroad Association) DCC is now standardized, so (...) (25 years ago, 29-Feb-00, to lugnet.trains)
