Hi Douglas, sorry I have no black nose-piece as spare, but is set 6473 already discontinued in the US? Here it's still in the shelfs. After my first view on James Mathies gorgeous "Starlight Express" engine, I also bought two copies of that set (...) (25 years ago, 22-Jan-00, to lugnet.trains)

I just had a random thought as to how TLC could give us some capability to run multiple trains without having to go the whole DCC route. Give us a new train motor which has an IR pickup, and a switch to set it to respond to the A, B, or C motor (...) (25 years ago, 22-Jan-00, to lugnet.trains)

Welcome back, James:-) The first time I saw your red double decker I wondered to myself what the sloped red window would look like instead of the slanted glass pieces. Perhaps the angel is too sharp. At the very least it would give you nice (...) (25 years ago, 22-Jan-00, to lugnet.trains)

Does anyone have an extra nosepiece for the excavator from #6473 that I could beg, borrow, buy, or steal ? I finally noticed that it is the same piece (in black) as the nose piece to the #4559 Cargo Train... (25 years ago, 21-Jan-00, to lugnet.trains)
