I'm not going to take a guess on the other questions, they aren't in
my LEGO field of study. :-)
I think that if you mean wheeled vehicle, I'd say that the Launch
Response Unit is perhaps the widest one at just over 6 studs. The
Jetport Fire Squad uses the standard tires, where the LRU uses the
wide ones which are wider then a 6 stud wide chassis, but only by a
little bit. I tried to think of an 8 wide vehicle, but none came to
mind.
