Well, I finally got my first Bionicle, other than my sister's three Maku (Village people of Water, right?). And I must say, it's not half bad. It's got fairly good playability, and good parts. Has anyone done a study to determine what is so appealing to the buyers of Bionicle? And I don't mean the AFOLs as much as the rest of the buyers... But that's because the individual shop owners are paying more wholesale (to their distributor, I think) than TRU is to LEGO directly. People DO buy (...) This is unfortunate, but there is really nothing you can do about it. Obviously, there might have been other reasons why the game was cancelled, programming might have been one of them. I saw a very detailed notice on Kanohi-Power about this sad news. (URL) really awful news, that the game is not going to be produced at all. It's much harder to develop a game that works on all PCs, and easier to do the Gameboy product -- so at (...) (25 years ago, 16-Oct-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)
