Could someone please explain the basic components of the pneumatic system parts? I am rather confused by the parts, and I've seen no FAQ or tutorial. Well, I don't know if you specifically need rubber bands with round or square cross-sections, but the 8001 Destroyer Droid seems to have lots of extra square cross-section bands in a variety of sizes. (...) (25 years ago, 22-Apr-00, to lugnet.technic)

I think the cheapest set to get the fiber optic kit is the Extreme Creature for Mindstorms. However, as somebody mentionned, you won't get the power source and the motor to rotate it. If you already have a technic motor, you can go ahead and buy the (...) (25 years ago, 20-Apr-00, to lugnet.technic)
