  Re: MAN tipper truck

(...) Thanks :-) (...) That doesn't matter. Sometimes I'm late as well, because sometimes I'm off line for a fews days. Anyway, what does the spotlights mean? Dennis (22 years ago, 24-Jan-03, to lugnet.modelteam, lugnet.technic)

  Re: Minifig scale Bulldozer

(...) Yes it is, but I can't recall where I've found that assembly - I think somewhere on Brickshelf. It works quite good: the idler gear doesn't slip until you put a high load on it, and the slipping prevents micromotor jamming. The drawback is (...) (22 years ago, 24-Jan-03, to lugnet.technic)

Re: New MOC: Helicopter Dauphin AS 365

(...) This is a promising project and you might even push Rosco down from my mental TechnicHeliConstructor #1 :) (...) I found out how to make the photos bigger (right click, select view image) but I could not beat the broken link for the 1.4MB gif, (...) (22 years ago, 24-Jan-03, to lugnet.technic)

Re: New MOC: Helicopter Dauphin AS 365

(...) Right-click the images and select "view image" and you'll see a bigger version. Appears the HTML forces the images to a smaller scale then they are (not a good way to make webpages but good for me 'cause I wanted 'em bigger). /Tobbe (22 years ago, 24-Jan-03, to lugnet.technic)

Re: MOC: Lynkx Mk III Radio Controlled tank

(...) Thanks! (...) Actually I think it's a tad to small for Technic scale, maybee not. It's not built to any scale though. I just used all my chainlinks and made a tank around them. It's not a serious attempt in any way. (...) Actually I was (...) (22 years ago, 24-Jan-03, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Female Technic figs

(...) Some ppl. put female heads on their Technic figs, I think it was from Scala but don't trust me on that. There is (or was) a LEGO line featuring female heads that fit on the Technic figs. X-post to lugnet.technic in hope of better minds then (...) (22 years ago, 24-Jan-03, to lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.technic)

Re: New MOC: Helicopter Dauphin AS 365

(...) Wow! That's amazing Marc! I really like the fantail rotor - great work! (...) Can't wait to see the final model! ROSCO (22 years ago, 24-Jan-03, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Minifig scale Bulldozer

(...) I have a question: Is the 16t idler gear driven directly from the micro motor? I don't think I've ever seen that done before! ROSCO (22 years ago, 24-Jan-03, to lugnet.technic)

Re: New MOC: Helicopter Dauphin AS 365

Great work Marc! I am very impressed with both the look and the mechanics of your helicopter. I would love to see the mechanics of the fantail rotor up close. I looked at the pictures on your site and I think I understand how it works. I'm not sure (...) (22 years ago, 24-Jan-03, to lugnet.technic)

Re: MOC: Lynkx Mk III Radio Controlled tank

That's a great looking tank, Tobbe! It's obviously Technic fig scale, can one fit inside the turret? I myself want to build a tank about that size, only mine will be based on a tank in a strategy PC game. It's a futuristic looking tank that will (...) (22 years ago, 24-Jan-03, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Introducing Mech Cat

Anyone willing to generate instructions for this MOC? I haven't had LDraw installed on my work or home computer for a while due to upgrades, and last time I tried to run it, it bombed repeatedly, but I'd definitely like to see the build steps for (...) (22 years ago, 23-Jan-03, to lugnet.technic)

New MOC: Helicopter Dauphin AS 365

Hi, Here you can see my first great MOC. (Project Black Panther) (URL) Helicopter at scale 1/10 is a Dauphin AS 365 with fantail rotor. The principal rotor is fully fonctional. I modify the Leo's blade tilting principe, the updown movement is done (...) (22 years ago, 23-Jan-03, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Minifig scale Bulldozer

(...) I love this little thing Stefano, very clever indeed, I tend to build to the biggest scale I can (i.e the biggest wheels I've got, the biggest for the of bricks I have etc.) - I think it's very skilful of you to get all that functionality in (...)   Re: Introducing Mech Cat

(...) The gait is quite different. I placed the cam used to drive the legs 1 stud closer to the center of the body so it lines up with the hip pivot point. This made the motion of the front and rear legs more symmetric and resulted in a smoother (...) (22 years ago, 23-Jan-03, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: MAN in ...blue

This is great. Looking at all the mechanics, it seems like it functions really well. What a great Truck! I also like the Pneumo tilt on the front cabin. The RCX fit in just nice and is well hidden. Very nice work! e (URL) (22 years ago, 23-Jan-03, to lugnet.modelteam, lugnet.technic)

  Re: MAN tipper truck

(...) Nice, very nice! As usual, your attention to detail has produced a great looking model. It does take a little bit of studying to see the difference between the pics of the real truck and the model. Sorry for the late response. Your post did (...)
