This internet project sounds like a great idea. it was something I was
thinking of myself, but i was going to recruit computer animators to do the
battle scenes, which is a lot easier than tryinf to use the stop-motion
technique. If you look in the trailer, the X-Wings that fly by are computer
generated. I made them piece by piece in LeoCAD and exported them to 3D
Studio and animated them that way. If you get a group to remake the trilogy
using the Lego line than sign me up.
