thanks, yes there is a melting facility, in fact its most of the second
floor behind the loading room. I do have that section detailed in this
model, and the flashing light is there to simulate the laser that breaks
apart the various components before smelting. Unfortunately it doesn't
photograph too well. The large holes in the sides of the Crawler are there
(as far as I can tell) to mostly dissipate the great heat such a process
must create. You can see the detail from these holes in person.
