Re: Episode II Ship Modelled —Jonathan Lill
(...) That's cool and a great start. (Spoilers below) ---...--- I'm anxious to see your real model and your solution to the droid problem. For Anakin's speeder, I think one way to start would be to use the car seat piece (...) (23 years ago, 17-May-01, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Episode II Ship Modelled —Bryan Hodges
(...) Thanks for the heads up. I'm going to be building a second model either today or this weekend and I'll be sure to incorporate the bottom detail. I built the model IRL (in the incorrect colors, I don't have any red wings or red 3x3 round corner (...) (23 years ago, 18-May-01, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Episode II Ship Modelled —Jonathan Lill
(...) There is new cg fan art up at theforce.net which shows a good, hopefully acurate full color side view. See it here: (URL) it helps. Jonathan (23 years ago, 18-May-01, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Episode II ships! Anyone want to try modelling? —Jay Cal
(...) If you can get me a good pic of the front of the craft I'll model it ;) The SW select pic isnt' there anymore :( Greetz, Jay (23 years ago, 17-May-01, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Episode II ships! Anyone want to try modelling? —Jonathan Lill
(...) Actually I just found it here: (URL) hard to make out the detail but it looks like the front end is more sloped than is apparent in the larger rear image. The two engines look like they can be cobbled together out of wheels and cylinders. (...) (23 years ago, 17-May-01, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Episode II ships! Anyone want to try modelling? —Eric Joslin
(...) For the record, the Episode II Select photos don't ever 'go away' as in become unavailable; they get archived. But I think the current one always has the same URL, so old ones 'go away' to another page. eric (23 years ago, 17-May-01, to lugnet.starwars)

         Re: Modelled! —Todd Trotter
(...) Jay, I like all the detail that you've included on the front of the vehicle. Looks great, Todd Trotter (23 years ago, 4-Jun-01, to lugnet.starwars)

Episode II vehicle modeled —Todd Trotter
(...) Jonathan, Here's my take on one of the episode II vehicles. It's interesting to see the similarities and differences between mine and Jay Cal's versions. (URL) Trotter (23 years ago, 4-Jun-01, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Episode II vehicle modeled —Jay Cal
Very very nice! The small engine on your model is a very good idea. Funny we both had the same idea about the funny "sculpted" back of the vehicle. I really like the way you modelled this craft (mine's just a tad too big). Greetz, Jay (...) (23 years ago, 4-Jun-01, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Episode II vehicle modeled —Jonathan Lill
(...) Great. I hope that the official set bears some similarity to both of these. One question is how to retain the detail when reducing the number of parts to a reasonable price ppoint. I suppose everyone has seen the new article on Starwars.com (...) (23 years ago, 4-Jun-01, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Episode II vehicle modeled —Todd Trotter
(...) Hmm, I haven't seen those pics yet. Looks like I'll have to revise a few things on my version. I'll also try and trim it down to about 105 pieces to get it into the same price bracket as the Flash Speeder. I'll make my version a prediction of (...)
