There's a simpler answer than that - the frame in question is:
http://www.lugnet.com/fibblesnork/lego/guide/space/series/futuron-timeline.html
Kyle's original URL got split, then quoted, adding a ">" into the URL between
"futuron-" and "timeline.html". If you look at Kyle's original message, the URL
is correct
