Oh, I was not aware that you were referring to the minifigs. True, SP1 and
black Futuron minifigs both have the same torsos. But it is also worth
noting that SP1 figs have black and white arms and legs as opposed to the
straight black uniforms of Futuron.

Sorry, I must have had a little brain spaz. True, "POLICE" only appears sans
the "SPACE" part on the SP1 vehicles and base.

Futuron was named in 1988. The first Futuron sets appeared only a few months
before this, so I highly doubt this is the case.

I'm not an expert in this area, but I highly doubt this is the case. Isn't
the BT1 logo a traingle pointing down while the Zelda triforce logo is a
traingle pointing up?

| (...) The logo for Blacktron I and the Legend of Zelda series both contain the same logo but The Legend of Zelda also contains the logo in an upward direction and I know this because I used to own the Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past on my Super (...) (23 years ago, 21-Jun-01, to lugnet.space)
