| | Ok, so if you were at Brickfest, neither of these is new. What we have here are a medium assault mech and an attack fighter for the Galactic Inqusition. Each of these took about a day to build, and got put together just before Brickfest, to make the (...) (20 years ago, 27-Sep-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.announce, FTX) !!

| | | | Hi Daniel, While I am not so fond of the Paladin (I find it a little heavy, maybe the head is a little big), I say WOW for the Rapier! Very very nice engine design, which make it an impressive VTOL (nice detail : the panels that can close under the (...) (20 years ago, 27-Sep-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

| | | | | (...) Thanks for your comments JP. The Paladin was in part an excuse to use that leg idea I'd had before. I got a bit carried away building the torso. I think it's a brick or two too tall. The head is to scale with the torso, which makes sense, (...) (20 years ago, 28-Sep-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

If the Space Vikings ever get enough ships and firepower assembled I have a feeling they might (...) (20 years ago, 27-Sep-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

| | | | | (...) Thanks for your comments Chris. Let's see, who is the Inquisition fighting against? Short answer, infidels and sinners, of course. Long answer: EB is a bunch of atheist commies, so they're on the list Space Vikings? buncha pagans, they're goin (...) (20 years ago, 28-Sep-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

The nice thing about fighting religious fanatics such as the Galactic Inquisition is that all you have to do to defeat them is show them a picture of a naked breast, and while they're averting their eyes you can kick 'em in the 'nads. I agree that the body could use some work, though, I think it looks decent in the mindset of medievel european armor, as opposed to the more common (...) The Paladin is also well modelled but a bit too oddly proportioned, those short stubby legs make him look a bit comical! I also think it'd be a great idea if (...) I've been trying to keep the names either biblicly or medieval linked, or in the case of the paladin, both. That's why I named the Sword of Michael the way I did. I (...)
