 | | LNPD: communication between clients
| It seems that when a client of lnpd sends data to the IR tower, these are not sent to the other clients connected to the daemon. Unfortunately, I really need this feature... | | Re: how detect other RCX robots with light sensors?
| Assuming both RCXs are facing each other, this can be done by using the IR transmitter of the RCX on the detected robot, and a forward pointing light sensor on the detecting robot. Set one robot (the detected robot) to send out constant IR messages. (...) (26 years ago, 15-Apr-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)

 | | DJGPP Cross Compiler Progress
| I have successfully built an h8300 cross compiler for DJGPP using the newest version of gcc 3.2. I was not successful using gcc 2.95.2, the current used gcc compiler with brickOS, and at the advice of others tried gcc 3.2. Since it is the goal of (...) | (...) I think that's a reasonable approach. If I send a .nqc source file to someone using a CyberMaster connected to a diferent COM port, then this is a better solution. Also, by sending a .nqc that usually goes to Program 5 on my RCX, it won't (...) (25 years ago, 29-Nov-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)
