How did you do to specify that it is an 2.4.20-4GB-athlon kernel version? When I'm trying to compile it using : ./configure make su make install the complier says : /lib/modules/2.4.20-...usbtower.o was compiled for kernel version 2.4.20-4GB while (...)   pbForth and USB Tower
 
Just a quick note to ask how many people are waiting on USB support for the pbForth language. I got a USB tower a couple of weeks ago and just got it working with my uploader/console last night. John, I'm interested in how you got the USB tower working... I've got a Tcl package that talks to the LEGO USB tower driver under Windows, but nothing for FreeBSD yet. Hello, I am having a problem trying to download to the brick after successfully building legOS on a Win98 system. Liam, What exactly are your errors using cygwin? Post them here. I might take a couple of posts back and forth but I do believe it is possible. Dear All, I have installed cygwin, compiled brickOS and tried to download the firmware and software. I cannot make firmdl3 or dll to work: "Error 2: Opening USB" The same error when the tower is attached and when it is not. I can download the (...) Hey, I have the same question! I've been driving myself crazy for the last few days trying to find some information on the subject. Hi, has anyone tried to make JP Brown's Cubesolver ((URL) compatible with the USB Tower?
