Re: RCX as a PGP engine

  Re: Download problem

I've looked at a couple of traces and it looks like the serial driver just stops receiving data after a certain point. One theory is that something happens (framing error or overflow), which then keeps the driver from relaying more information. I've (...) (25 years ago, 3-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.nqc)

  Sensor Power

ok, I have a real question. I'm interested in sending messages between RCXs using only the sensor ports. I've tested and found by switching between active and passive, signals can be sent, however, when the port is set to active, it is not powered (...)   How much RAM is left?

(...) I believe that. 32k of RAM is a luxury for forth. That's another thing people don't generally understand about forth, they way it effectively compresses runtime software. I've heard of ram reductions of a factor of 5-10 for forth when compared (...) (24 years ago, 5-May-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.pbforth)

Possible bug in firm0328 or NQC 2.2

Yesterday evening I was testing some NQC code for an RCX with the new firm0328 installed. A very strange thing happened: motor B was running when motor A was expected to do.
