  Programming for Scout using RCX2.0Beta

I am using RCX2.0Beta to test Scout, but it seems Beta doesn't support Scout, although there is some saying in readme.txt file, if you compile the Avoider.scout with Beta version, you will get the error as follows: Error (0xe0050832) from VPBrick (...)   Re: Wall wart for RCX 1.0

I use Radio Shack part number 273-1631. This has a selector switch which you should set to 9v for the RCX. The output from this particular transformer seems to be modestly stable, only rising to 10.5 volts or so off-load. This stays well within the (...) (22 years ago, 2-Nov-02, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)

Re: Multiplexing 4 touch sensors on an RCX input port

(...) LEGO purists use LEGO light bricks as resistors. I created potentiometer bricks, where the resistance is variable for each brick. Two stacks of 4 potentiometer bricks can be seen to the left of the RCX. In this case each stack puts the (...) (21 years ago, 9-Sep-03, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)

  Setting LNP host address

I've experimented with a couple of choices which were relatively easy to implement. Let me know if we should keep any these: 1. I haven't been reading any of the LUGNET robotics groups until a month or so ago when I bought my first Mindstorms 1.5 kit and entered into this branch of LEGO.
