| | With repect to the RCX, what use are the Droid Developer Kits (DDK) beyond their appearing limited 7 firmware programs ? I do think they are attractive to the younger lego maniacs - so I'm not slamming them. Actually I got one today for my 8 year (...) (24 years ago, 26-Feb-01, to lugnet.robotics)

| | | | | | Hi Alan, you *can* use RcxCC with the new firmware. RcxCC has not been updated so in its native mode it doesn't support the new version of NQC. But for effect of downward compatibility it has no problems in communicating to the new firmware through (...) (24 years ago, 26-Feb-01, to lugnet.robotics)

| | | | | | | Hi Alan, Try sysedit like Robert Fay suggested. But I think that you will need to make sure RCX2 is all uppercase.
