Re: Query re: creating white space with FTX

(...) Yay! Figured out (belatedly) that ":" and ";" work with pictures and other links, so that cures half my grumbles. Now all I need is something that will let me input blank space in the middle of a line (or table entry). Is there an FTX (...) (24 years ago, 6-Jul-01, to lugnet.publish)

  Re: Brickshelf: Hit Counters!

What page are you getting that message on and what browser are you using? Is it after you log in? You should only get that message when going back to a page that resulted from a POST query. There are very few of those on Brickshelf, but your user (...) (24 years ago, 5-Jul-01, to lugnet.publish)

  Re: Brickshelf: Hit Counters!

Hi Kevin, many thanks for these nice improvments. The random-feature allows to find MOCs which I haven't seen for a long time. That's a nice idea even not everybody uses sensful file names.   If I could write a press release...

Help! I need to write a "press release" for BrickDraw3D. I've read a lot of stupid press releases in my time, but I can't recall any good ones, except maybe for Toy Fair 99. ("Pigs Will Fly") Does anybody know of a quick fix for acute lack of (...) (24 years ago, 4-Jul-01, to lugnet.publish)

  Re: Brickshelf: Hit Counters!

Kevin, Thanks to you, I now know that the most popular MOC's on my Brickshelf page are my original Star Trek creations... I never would have known!   Re: RGB color values for many brick colors

The original Pantone pallette I used had CMYK values, I translated them via Photoshop for your convience. I assumed in web development (like the colors use on the BricWorx color selector) and most non-print graphic design are done in RGB.   Re: RGB color values for many brick colors

(...) HSL and HSV are both valid models, IIRC I think they are close but not the same. I forget the difference. I think Luminance (and the entire RGB model too) is more useful or applicable for things that do color by giving off light, like monitors (...)   Re: RGB color values for many brick colors

(...) CMYK is Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black (subtractive color model vs RGB additive color model). CMY gives you a muddled gray/brown so K is added for pure black.
