Ok.

Understandable. I believe that I implied that a 2x2 image _not_ displayed
prominently as a logo was OK, which before your comments on the backgrounds is
what I believed. My issues with TLC's lawyers were based on a prominently
displayed logo of a 2x3 brick. They own a trade dress on '3D brick images'
(quote from either Robin or Brad) - didn't specify the dimensions.
Its touchy in a sense that you never really know what they will take issue with
and what they will not. There are some things which are obvious, but others,
such as this, which are a bit fuzzy. Nevertheless, we need to foster good will
between the company and the fans, so staying clear from something questionable
like this is a good idea. We've seen that protecting their trademarks is VERY
important to them, for obvious reasons - as fans respecting that is one of the
best things we do, and it probably goes a long way.
