  Re: On Hiatus

(...) I didn’t complain about “Bandwidth!” Only about relevant topics on the announcement board. Try to stay on topic…. I never once said anything about his post being a waste of space. Or any of the other posts for that matter. I just questioned (...) (24 years ago, 10-Mar-02, to lugnet.people, lugnet.general)

  Re: On Hiatus

I'm happy for the two of you and your special relationship. <grins> But this iz not the issue... (...) Back those words up?   Re: On Hiatus

Is it just me or does this guy come off a bit "Troll-ish"? Doing a search on Rico Lovelace turns up mostly posts in debates and little to do with Lego. (URL) wonderin'... and if you're not a Troll, Spyder, my sincerest apologies. Chris <>< (24 years ago, 11-Mar-02, to lugnet.people, lugnet.general)

  Re: On Hiatus

(...) <snip> (...) If I've read your clarifications right, your point is what is appropriate for the highlights section. (...)   Re: On Hiatus

Geezzzzzzz… Where do I begin? You so completely misconstrued my point that I dumbfounded at the amount of reiteration I'll have to clarify… (...) First-off its ‘Spydèr’ not Spider… o.k. (...) Benjamin, All I am doing is stating my view. You may/may not like my view, but I'm sure you will agree that I'm entitled to it.   Re: On Hiatus

(...) Obviously you don’t. I did have to explain myself several times over… And he’s got as much a right to post as you do Ben.   Re: On Hiatus

(...) People who spotlight messages should think carefully about the type of posts they think are appropriate for the LUGNET shop window: ie "Top Stories" on www.lugnet.com Although Tim is well meaning, I really doubt his melodramatics belong there.   Re: On Hiatus

(...) Well, I for one never would have seen that thread had someone not highlighted it. Seems to me the waste is someone wasting bandwidth complaining about someone wasting bandwidth.   Re: On Hiatus

  Re: On Hiatus

(...) As someone who HAS taken a break I can say that it can be quite a good thing, in that it recharges your batteries a bit.   Re: On Hiatus

(...) Definitely. What is happening to Lugnet anyway? (...) Hmm...The community should really think about this. What exactly Is Lugnet and why was it instated? I'll tell you.   RE: On Hiatus

(...) IMO, the problem is that people seem to think the noise is more important than the content. To me, the content on LUGNET is the MOCs and the related building discussion.
