The Indianapolis LEGO Users Group participated in the Great American Train Show in Indianapolis on the weekend of October 16 & 17, and won second place. Some of the main attractions in the layout were: A HUGE mountain (URL) A big baseball diamond (...) For all who weren't at the September meeting, the October IndyLUG meeting will be at the GATS. Since most of members will be there, we decided that it would be best to have the meeting at the GATS instead of having a seperate get-together for an (...) IndyLUG will have a town/train layout at the upcoming Great American Train Show (GATS) on October 16 & 17. The show will be open from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM on both Saturday and Sunday. John, I absolutely love your Swiss Villa. I'm a big fan of the classic stuff and your adaptation is beautiful. Nice details on the Police Station and Freight Station. Well, I guess we really didn't "sweep" the awards; there were plenty of other people from other LUG's who received awards too, but in comparisson to the number of IndyLUG members who were at Brickfest, we did very well.
