  Re: Pantograph powered LEGO trains?

(...) hehe. Mike tries to hoist me by my own petard but I'm slipperier than that. I'll merely allege that his models would look just fine to me even without the paint and stickers. That he chooses to augment them is merely his own personal demon. (...) (24 years ago, 26-Jan-00, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.org.us.gmlug, lugnet.trains.org)

Larry, Thanks for the build-up . . . but one correction: I abhor painting bricks and would never attempt such a transgression. However, stickers and decals are acceptable because they extend the creative possibilites without permanently damaging the (...)   Re: Pantograph powered LEGO trains?

Those of you that don't know... Brian is a "stealth" member of GMLTC, he doesn't live in the Twins any more but still comes out for shows. While he is from the "paint and stickers are OK" school of modeling, which I don't normally hold truck with, (...) Holy Cow, look who delurked;-) Nice model and photo detail; perhaps you could share some of your photography secrets with us camera-impaired types? BTW, think you can make it to La Crosse in March? -John (...) (24 years ago, 26-Jan-00, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.org.us.gmlug, lugnet.trains.org)

  Re: Greetings!

Hello to all the other GMLTC members. I really should read this group more often (I spend way too much time on robotics). Anyways, I won't be able to make the LaCrosse show (again :-( ) due to a conflict with one of my local shows. Just to let those (...) Okay, here's the scoop... The La Crosse Train Show is March 18th and 19th.
