New newsgroups in the lugnet.org.us.* hierarchy have just been created for 6
LEGO user-groups in the United States:
BayLUG Bay Area LEGO Users Group (San Francisco, California, U.S.A.)
DixieLUG Dixie LEGO Users Group (Southeastern U.S.A.)
GMLUG Greater Midwest LEGO Users Group (Midwest U.S.A.)
NELUG New England LEGO Users Group (Northeastern U.S.A.)
WAFOL Wasatch Area Fans of LEGO (Utah, U.S.A.)
WAMALUG Washington (D.C.) Metro Area LEGO Users Group
Members of at least three of these groups/clubs[1] have been actively seeking
a specially-tailored forum for their group/club on LUGNET to help streamline
their discussions or to make announcements. How badly (or whether at all)
the other groups/clubs find these groups useful, only time will tell. A
forum can be deleted if necessary (i.e., if it doesn't find its way into use).
