Most likely people would be discovering these groups either from somewhere
else already (word of mouth or other list/group), or from the /org/ or /loc/
area of the website...so in addition to folks such as yourself watching over
the .loc.us.ut* hierarchies for new posters, it's also very easy to set up a
link (or a virtual subcategory) right directly from
http://www.lugnet.com/loc/us/ut/
to
http://www.lugnet.com/org/us/wafol/
kinda like the way the Windsor UK category links right directly from
http://www.lugnet.com/loc/uk/en/bk/win/
to
http://www.lugnet.com/legoland/windsor/
which makes it even easier for people to find these...
