    Trains 2001 Logistics —Robin Sather
Hi all, Sorry, I've been away from my computer for a couple of days. Setup time for the show is anytime from 8am to 4pm on Saturday, the 10th. I would suggest that we show up about 1pm. Kevin should be there already. We need to check in with the (...) (23 years ago, 5-Nov-01, to lugnet.org.ca.vlc)

Re: Trains 2001 Logistics —Xandria Husby
Greetings: 1. I think 1:00 PM setup (giving us 3 hours) is really pushing it. The electronics always takes a while to set up AFTER everything else is a go. And the last thing we want to be doing the next morning when the public is piled high against (...) (23 years ago, 5-Nov-01, to lugnet.org.ca.vlc)

Re: Trains 2001 Logistics —Robin Sather
(...) The morning works fine for me too. The only reason I suggested the afternoon was that if we do finish the setup early, someone will probably have to stick around until the end of the day to look after the layout. Maybe I didn't mention this (...) (23 years ago, 5-Nov-01, to lugnet.org.ca.vlc)

I don't think I can help, since I'll have all my vendor stall stuff as well as layout stuff, plus an extra person (Spencer) to help me on the stall. I think the van will be full. (...)         Re: Trains 2001 Logistics —Dean Husby
(...) I strongly suggest we be there in the AM. The extra goodies will take a bit to do. Running wires in a better way should be looked at... (...)         Re: Trains 2001 Logistics —Bryan Wong
(...) I also agree with Dean and Alex. I'd rather be there earlier and BE done earlier (and get to play!) than to rush to get everything set up... I don't mind being there around 9-10am. I guess it depends on when the tabl- I mean Robin - gets there (...) (23 years ago, 5-Nov-01, to lugnet.org.ca.vlc)

Re: Trains 2001 Logistics —Bryan Wong
(...) Before I make agree to take on something I can't, how many tables (and legs?) are there? Dean or Alex, how much "equipment" do you have? I should be able to take the tables/legs OR Dean/Alex/stuff, depending on how much there really is. But (...) (23 years ago, 5-Nov-01, to lugnet.org.ca.vlc)
