Do you think that rtlToronto, which seems to sit quite consistently in the top 5
posted groups on the traffic page, needs to have some of the posts highlighted?

| I usually cruise the other groups in LUGNET by taking a gander at the top highlighted stories. Most of these are pretty high-quality, and I understand how they get highlighted.
