From my understanding you don't have to use any of thoses sets to build
something for the zoo. We just want to have a series of cool robots that can
show off what rtl does.

Okay, if I ignore the line that says "This tour will support the launch of a new
product line that features bright colours and interesting new pieces" and
Calum's very suggestive pictures right above the rules, then yes I can see that
you don't actually have to use pieces from the new set to build a bot.

Oh Hey look at that... Calum updated the web page (no insult ment by this, I
just havn't looked at it for a few weeks)

Once again Calum, Great sketches. You may want to change the NMRA location to
the International center:

However,
I can't see myself building a mechanized animal. What's the point?

"Hey mister, what's that?"
"Why, it's a parrot made out of Lego!"
"Doesn't look like a parrot."
"It kinda does if you look at it from this angle."
"And?"
"It flaps its wings, see? [whirring and flapping]"
"Does it talk?"
"Err, no, but do you see how I used a four-bar linkage to create an oscillating
linear motion from the motor inside?"
"Hey mister, your parrot sucks."

I suppose we could re-enact the Monty Python sketch soon afterwards...
