    Train 3? —Jeff Van Winden
Hey Guys, I started building my bot for rtl 10, as I was building I had a sudden urge to really build something..... So I started to layout some base plates and tried to figured out what the optimum width (from the end of the module to the 'road') (...) (23 years ago, 31-Oct-01, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

        Re: Train 3? —Calum Tsang
(...) (rimshot) Thanks, I needed that one for Chris. (...) Sounds great! I've been building an office building in my spare time when I'm not drowning in product trials, my grad classwork, or in pain from this wisdom tooth. It frickin hurts. The (...)       (...) Geez. If you were going to re-name me, couldn't you think of something a little more catchy? Matthias (Oliver) Jetleb (23 years ago, 31-Oct-01, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

          Re: Train 3? —Calum Tsang
(...) Darn. I thought that was Oliver's poster. My apologies. It is however, very very cool. I never heard the full story on this item. Where did you find it? As a kid I would have killed to have such a poster. I loved Space! It was my favourite (...) (23 years ago, 31-Oct-01, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

           Re: Train 3? —Matthias Jetleb
(...) That poster was part of the 72 set garage sale find from Sept. 8 and 23. I've never been too interested in the space theme (too much blue and grey) and, if I recall correctly, all of my Lego space sets have come from garage sales in the last (...)       (...) Well as Mattias pointed out, it was his poster, and his other rare garage sale gems...I think I'll have to do some of that next summer...(garage sale hunting for lego) :) Mattias' robotic arm was cool too, I remember playing with one of those (...)          Re: Train 3? —David Koudys
(...) Yes, the 16th is good for me. Space kept me from 'outgrowing' LEGO. They showed up right when I hit my teens and I adored them. Technic kept me in LEGO thru my late teens/early 20's Then I didn't care anymore--LEGO for Life! So once again, no (...) (23 years ago, 31-Oct-01, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

         Re: Train 3? —David Koudys
(...) K, I nominate Oct 30th as 'We appreciate Chris for rtlToronto' day. Oops, that was yesterday... :( Guess we will have to wait an *entire* year before we can celebrate that one again. Oh well... And, maybe, by then we'll come up with a better (...) (23 years ago, 31-Oct-01, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

         Re: Train 3? —Benjamin Medinets
(...) Two responses to your posting, Chris.... 1) I love Chris day is to happen in conjunction with RTL 10.... as a tribute, each robot is to sport an effigy of Chris .... see this set for perfect minifig: (URL) if that isn't possible, (...)         Re: Train 3? —Derek Raycraft
Oooo, can I call a two module straight section too. Like Jeff's with the 4 spacer + 8 track + 8 spacer + 8 track. I too have started work on trains in deference to my three rtl10 robots. Last time I was home my dad built me some most excellent (...) (23 years ago, 31-Oct-01, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

(...) You can pick a date all you want, but it don't matter till it gets booked with the Library-when they have free spots determines when any rtl event is. :) Calum (23 years ago, 1-Nov-01, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

         Re: Train 3? —Calum Tsang
(...) No, you don't get it-I don't care when the event is, that's up to other people. The problem is when the library is free. That was why train1 was at Richview (because Eatonville wasn't ready yet) and why train2 ran the weekend it did (because (...) (23 years ago, 2-Nov-01, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)
