C-4; Is that the best you can do?

Well, Calum hasn't come up with a cool, odd, name for the Connect Four event yet, so I thought I'd make a suggestion. This came to me the other day. It's been stuck in my head, and it sort of embodies the "spirit" of RTL. "C-4; Is that the best you (...) (21 years ago, 25-Sep-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  train5a - Hobby Show Layout

JeffVW/DaveK, Anyone come up with a layout yet, or do you tempt me to do it MYSELF?! :) Calum (21 years ago, 25-Sep-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Sale @ Sears

I was just at my local Sears store in Kitchener and saw that they have a sale of 28% off all regular priced Lego. I was told the sale is on well into October. I couldn't pass on the opportunity to get the designer set #4404 Land Busters for about (...) (21 years ago, 25-Sep-03, to lugnet.loc.ca, lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

(...) The other advantage is that this way I can still use that sensor for homing rather than it just being a dud. (...) Yup. But it needs to be clarified how soon that sensor is to be open again... because whether two wires or one, it's important (...) (21 years ago, 25-Sep-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, FTX)

  Re: Hello everybody.

(...) This looks like a good scheme, but I don't think it helps to have 'my' sensor port connected to 'your' sensor port. If you have a touch sensor connected to my sensor input, you can send me a signal. At the same time, if I have a wire from your (...) (21 years ago, 24-Sep-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, FTX)

  Re: Hello everybody.

(...) Here's a picture of what I mean: (I only have 1 RCX, so sensor ports 1 and 3 represent the two different bots. If either sensor gets pressed, both ports register it.) (URL) (21 years ago, 24-Sep-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, FTX)

  Re: Red Rover

(...) Now THIS is a real tele'bot: (URL) exactly is that a competition? Or is it even supposed to be a competition? :)) Seriously though, maybe we can do a Live event based on the Red Rover as a side-show for one of the competitions. Something not (...)   Hello everybody.

Hi everyone... some of you may have met me at rtl14 or the dinner. Those that didn't may refer to me as 'that guy' or simply 'hey you'. I've been reading the posts for a while on the connect4 game, so I just wanted to throw in my $0.02. Unless (...) (21 years ago, 23-Sep-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)
