I to have always prefered the classic colors to(not counting yellow of course). For the first time I'm going away from those colors and building(to the tune of over $700 already) a tan/brown building (base is on 6 green 32x32 baseplates). These (...)   Re: A large yellow building

(...) Thanks Chris! I love building with yellow. In fact, it's one of my favourite colours alongside white, red and blue. I find building with black difficult, and any of the other colours-can't deal with it. I'm more of a classic colours kinda (...) (23 years ago, 28-Nov-01, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

(...) <snip> (...) Benjamin - I can give you some data...   Re: A large yellow building

(...) Thanks! I was thinking of using corrogated yellow brick, because I have a pile from two 4559's I got many years ago, but I couldn't find enough of it. (...) Calum, it looks great.I like the fact it has to straddle(sp?) the track. As someone who hates yellow(I use it for fill or trade/sell away) it looks good.I tryed building with yellow and was never happy with the way it came out. (23 years ago, 27-Nov-01, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: A large yellow building

(...) I think it is a lot better than the blue building...definitely. My (first) thought though is that it has a look of the buildings around union station.   Re: A large yellow building

I like it, Calum. Nice use of space and fantastic interior detailing. A small suggestion would be to incorporate a cornice or perhaps some ornamental pieces to add texture to the side of the building. Thanks for sharing. Nicely done. Build well, (...)   A large yellow building

Hi folks, A long time ago, I built a horrible blue building with the goal of spanning a piece of Lego track. I couldn't finish it, and by the time rtlToronto/train2 rolled around, it was nothing but a big empty foundation and structure: (URL) the (...)
