  Re: [rtlToronto] rtlToronto21 page update

(...) Waitwait, I'm confused. So Derek, you just want no flag-passing-the-edg...equals-win rule? And Dave you do want it? I'm cool either way I guess. (...) Surprisingly I haven't yet! Which probably means I am not pushing myself hard enough. :) I built a rack to strap my bike to the back of my car on Friday. (...) (snip) (...) please note, I used the word loop holes in quotes. in THIS specific instance, I used that term to mean, list-of-valid-strategies. :) loop-hole was just easier to type. Chris (18 years ago, 4-Jun-06, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

(...) That's why I'm not in favour of adding this third rule, and I haven't called it a loophole. I don't agree with Chris on this. At the same time, there are many strategies which we'd call cheap approaches, stuff that's not within the spirit of a (...) (18 years ago, 2-Jun-06, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: [rtlToronto] rtlToronto21 page update

(...) You guys are funny. You often talk about setting up the rules as vague as possible, to allow many different strategies. However, when the strategies don't conform to the predetermined list of valid strategies, they're called "loopholes", so (...) (18 years ago, 2-Jun-06, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)
