I got a lot of this up and installed, but when I launched the (dumbly named) BASH cygwin thing-y, and drilled down to the DEMO directory, I ran the MAKE prg. in theory it should have "done its business" and (...) (...) Cygwin is a program that emulates (read: pretends to be) a *nix platform on what's really windows. So you can use a Cygwin platform to run the cross-compiler and downloader and whatever else that otherwise would only work on Linux. So you need (...)
