To do that properly though, I'd have to actually keep a history of every
lugnet post - otherwise, if there weren't any train posts in the last
20, the train specific RSS feed would be empty. Not terrible, but not
exactly desireable.
Not saying it's impossible to do, just more work than I was going to put
in for this at this point. Maybe in the future.

I believe the problem was special chars not being encoded properly - in
the subject or in the post body. Should be fixed now though.
