(...) I think it might actually be Latin. Short for "id est", meaning "that is". I believe it's used when you are trying to explain what something means. i.e. you are saying the same thing you just said, but in other, more clear words. Here's an (...) (...) How should anything know that your message is using this "codepage 1252"? The message headers specify that you're using the standard iso-8859-1 charset -- but you're not. (...) Hi, I'm using the ISO-8859-1 (Latin 1) superset; and I bet that every newsreader written or updated in the last five years can handle that too. This is true, I got two this afternoon when I downloaded my Bricklink email - strange though I never transmit my bricklink email other than the use at Bricklink orders. I learn code best by looking at a file and looking up all the stuff I don't understand in a help file or documentation. I taught myself VB and Delphi (...) My wife is having a bit of a crisis at work. She's on a small network and their printer isn't working properly. She's the only one in the office right now.
