Most people won't notice any serious difference with most music, but some diehard audiophiles (the kind who'll spend $2K on an amplifier kit using vacuum tubes) have a (...) Steve, I have not looked too close, but you can get that CD duplicator that is a stand alone unit. It might have a line-in on it. I have been using a Minidisc system from Sony. It is a really sweet system, and I can put anything on it, from Digital (...) (25 years ago, 3-Feb-00, to lugnet.off-topic.geek)

(...) if you really wanted to get ambitious.. couldn't you use the phillips cd audio burner and connect that directly up to the TT? then at least you'd rid yourself of the analog->digital being directly into the computer... may result in better (...) Has anyone transferred their LP's to MP3 or CD audio? I'm just getting started, and I'd appreciate any hints, tips or warnings!
