I disagree here. Most people do not use 640x480 if they can help it. I hate
viewing pages that are designed for 640x480, because I operate at 1280x1024,
and a 640x480 website is really too small to view. I personally design my web
sites to scale to whatever size the user is operating at, with a minimum
width of about 720 (to allow for scrollbars & the like at 800x600).
